I'd like to take this time to welcome anyone who might join. With everything going on the world, it's completely understandable to be stressed out. Adding personal problems to an increasing anxiety about the world can lead to a decreased mental state. Even without the craziness life can sometimes feel like more than you can handle.

I'm here to tell you that you're strong enough to handle it. You made it this far after all. I want to give people a voice to talk about their problems. Internalizing what you're feeling isn't good for your wellbeing. What I don't want to do is act like I have it all figured out. I've been feeling out of it too. That doesn't mean I'm not able to drop the occasional pearl.

I'm here to help, but remember I'm not a psychiatrist. If you're suffering from something serious, please seek the professional help you need.
