Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I cannot help but wonder how what's going on today from left-leaning media and political leadership, would be received if today were 1945? Or even 1955? These folks would be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail.
It only works today because we have intentionally raised a couple of generations of children to be afraid of their own shadow. To the point that they are so afraid of even dissenting opinions they think that it is right and just that those who have them be silenced, turning the world itself into one big "safe space" for them.
These younger generations are so terrified of things not fitting their perfect world view that they become violently angry when someone fails to OBEY the narrative. And so, they can be fed any line of bull from government and never even think to question it...at least so long as the government officials are of the same tribe as they are. "Yes, I need to sit quietly and think about how my unconscious biases and internalized racism are cause of climate change and not allowing pre-pubescent children to cut their own genitals off. I need to find a BIPOC to prostrate before and apologize profusely to." Does that sound like someone prepared to keep a level head during a crisis?
We are so screwed. Might as well start learning how to speak Chinese, because Lord knows it's only a matter of time before English is outlawed for being "white supremacist."
