Is all fair in love and war? I got an email today requesting that I join 1000 others in (falsely / indiscriminately) accusing PragerU of racist “hate“ speech. Could this ironically be considered an act to incite violence on a speaker? Are protestors ever justified in such attacks if it helps their cause? Is an online mob different from offline?

"Media Matters" is a progressive leftist organization on the order of SPLC, or Right Wing Watch. Founder: David Brock; President: Angelo Carusone (a simple Google search will reveal much about the political leanings of these gentlemen and their organization) Beware! They have many Christian and Conservative organizations in their crosshairs.

What is the email address it came from?

PragerU is very biased but it is certainly not "racist" or "hate speech" .

If all is fair in Love and War wouldn't that mean the ends justifies the means ... that is to me an erroneous assumption.

Well, that is the million dollar question. It is definatly an advocacy. Now whether or not it could be considered as a call to action, you would have to consult some who studies the law.

What would be false about it? Also what does it mean to ironically view reporting hate speech as inciting violence?

There was not hate from Mr. Witt in the video.

They do not specify a racist video. Implies all are racist hate speech. Is an online mob different than a physical one?

@Admin
"They do not specify a racist video." Really? It seems pretty clear that they are referring specifically to the "Students vs. Chinese" video in the second image you posted. The only general part is an excerpt of a Media Matters article in the first image.

"Is an online mob different than a physical one?" Yes. And physical violence is different than speech.

The true irony is when you face the reality that the actual definition of "hate speech" is anything a progressive socialist disagrees with regardless of content, then look at how those progressive socialists call for physical violence, maiming and even death, all in the name of peace and appreciation of diversity. That's real irony.
