FBI's memo exonerating Flynn proves it's time to investigate Comey's corrupt 'confidential human sources'...

Well, if you think your long awaited perverted justice is at hand, it's likely you'll be disappointed, again. The judge has to approve this. And the judge in this case has not been particularly enamored with Flynn, essentially suggesting that Flynn committed treason, that "he sold his country out". Moreover, Flynn admitted to other crimes that the feds agreed not to charge him with under his plea deal. The charge of lying to the FBI is being dropped after 2+ years and after the IG found nothing amiss in the investigation. Barr had to bring in a crony to get the answer he knew he wanted. The lead prosecutor in the case has withdrawn, not only from this case, but the other cases he was in charge of, clearly in protest.
Other judges have voiced concern over the politicization of the DOJ. The judge in the McCabe case, after persecutors spent 2+ years unable to convince a grand jury to bring an indictment, refused to grant the three month extension requested by the prosecutors. The DOJ was forced to drop the charges. The judge made poignant remarks about the continued politicization of the DOJ. I expect this judge to do the same. If he does, it will be another embarrassment for the politically motivated DOJ.
This is a horrifying portent of an emerging police state.
When French battalions mutinied, refusing to attack across no-mans-land, the French high command ordered the battalions decimated. One tenth of the men were chosen by lot to be executed. Pour Encourager les Autres, "to encourage the others."
I'm not advocating decimation of the FBI, intelligence agencies and the DOJ. But something dramatic needs to be done Pour Encourager les Autres. If this is not punished, we will see it again.
Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Rice... all need to face the consequences of their actions. Muller as well for the sham investigation as a part of this cabal as well.
