Now I know who to turn to when I need a fix
You could exchange them for site merchandise (hats, shirts etc) once you have enough of them. You could donate them to fellow members as well if you enjoy their content and want to tip them.

How do you find out what merchandise is available and how much it costs?
@dmatic Click on the Coins tab, should see a section with site merchandise.
@SpikeTalon at the risk of sounding really stupid, I can't find the coins tab. <lost>
@SpikeTalon <duh> never mind. I finally found it.
