Had heard around that YouTube is on yet another one of their censoring campaigns, deleting videos and banning accounts without warning.

Quick tip for anyone who's on Android... there's an app called TubeMate (could be downloaded on Aptoide appstore for free) that allows you to download to your phone virtually any video on YouTube. If you ever come across a video that you suspect might eventually get taken down, use TubeMate and download the video, then pass it around on your other social media accounts, and put the screws to YouTube. I recently did just that with a music video from the 1980's that has long been banned on YouTube as it is now considered to be too politically incorrect.-

Have to do what we can to get around censorship on the Net...

For those of us who use the Ubuntu operating system there are several aps on the Snap Store that will download YouTube videos and they're all open source and free to use. I use the Video Downloader ap.
