Not sue the criminal, the folks who made the gun parts. This circumvents (by design) the Fed law that prohibits this. It is a loophole.
BeijingBiden is constantly harping upon this......."loophole". Well, no other company can/is sued for misdeeds by users. Can't sue GM if some terrorist runs his SUV thru a parade. Can't sue a knife maker if some nut stabs someone. But, all the gun control Aholes want to sue gun makers into bankruptcy if a gun is involved in a crime. Any crime. That is the intent of the new CaCaLand law.
