These people are not liberals they are authoritarian socialist. There whole lives are a lie.

Fact is that if "authorities" want to see someones social media accounts they can do so anytime and as often as the like - but I think that for now, they'll need a warrant to do so.
I might be mistaken but I think there has to be an active criminal inquiry or investigation before a warrant may be requested and issued.

I wonder why there hasn't been a Supreme Court challenge to the unconstitutional requirement for people to make "Application" for the exercising their 2nd amendment RIGHT to keep and bear arms.
After all what could possibly be more of an "infringement" on that Right than being "required to apply..."
