Should people be classed as a criminal for choosing to take drugs?

As long as there is no harm to others. Sometimes a friendly intervention might be needed.

    I think the government or anyone else doesn't have a right to tell people what they can and can't ingest.

BUT crimes to get drugs should be.

Every person has a right to free choice, to be considered a criminal you must harm another or show intent to do so.
