Did anybody else notice this cops tactics to distract this guy from saying his thoughts of common sense and conscience to the other cops. I think some of the cops were hearing him and the head cop took his attention to protect the other cops from thinking about this guys message. It worked, the young bloke engaged with the head cop and the guys message got lost in "off track" debate. Clever cop tactics.
