Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.the only solution to "problems in inner cities" is obvious - that would be the will and the cooperation of the Blacks (because Black people is really the subject here) to actively participate (see take personal responsibility) in their own lives - re education, gainful employment, law abiding, nuclear family...White people (aka Tax payers) can never "fix" them because they don't want to be fixed. They are addicted to handouts and false narratives of racist mal-treatment.
