Something so primal to our beings, fatherhood and motherhood, yet so many today reject it out of hand as "not worth the effort and the spotlight taken off me and my needs". If you reject such a core part of your nature (and I do believe there are callings where this might be necessary), you better make damned sure that you have something powerful to replace it with that's bigger than you are, other than the mere gratification of sense pleasures.
