Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button."fake passport" notwithstanding the illegal part is in the act where someone authoritatively demands you show your "passport" / "ID" as you go about your business day to day.
If you have committed a crime or if there is "reasonable suspicion" that you committed a crime then a LEO may demand to see your ID.
