Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.This is, however, how our government is set up according to the Constitution. As I see it, we should either simply accept this fact or amend the Constitution to change it. I'm not in favor, however, of what I consider to be unconsitutional special counsels who end up functioning either like a virtually unaccountable fourth branch of government or simply like another arm of the Legislature (which does not have the law enforcement authority under our Constitution).
