I have doubts about "all of those bodies" having died of or with the COVID. The funeral home should be fined at the very least for stowing away bodies rather than incinerating or burying them. If the bodies were not claimed by next of kin then they would usually be either cremated or interred in a plot of land owned and managed by the city or the county. So, the gov't is likely as responsible for the disposition of those bodies as is the funeral home.

It's difficult for these funeral homes to process bodies faster than Governor Cuomo can kill them.
