any threat of violence against any person if actionable is legally actionable...period. doesn't have to be a high ranking gov't official for it to be actionable...but I do indeed get your point and thumbs up on the post.

Yes, and those picketing and attempting to intimidate Senators at their homes ought to be arrested.

isn't there a legal process to follow in order to hold public demonstrations? I think there is.
