Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.That is a felony, isn't it? Aside from the implications for the coming election, it is stealing people's mail. How may older people will jot get their Social Security checks? How many disabled veterans will not get their disability checks? Etc. These people who dumped this mail should be prosecuted and imprisoned for what they have done.

Now, depending on the class of mail, business or personal, the USPS has no claim for security of vote ballets. The driver is possibly facing Federal charges. Across the nation the USPS does use rental trucks, leaving the question of the actual scene, as, was a delivery truck driver dumping undelivered mail or was it staged? Now to hear Democrats and Republicans argue.
