I would like criminal charges against these governors and mayors for violation of our civil rights. For now, a suit that destroyed the mandates would have to be good enough.

great idea but suits like that have no legal standing - gov't officials have immunity in such matters. only thing you can do is to try to have them recalled and failing at that you have to live with them until the next election cycles around.
