Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I am certain, from all the years of Do gooders helping to thwart the Government, they passed a law against PG&E being allowed to cut off utilities, without a court order, a warrant and a $1000.00 to the Judges campaign fund. The Napoleon Complex has attacked the poor boy-mayor. You have so many Lawyers in the L.A. area, I am betting on a forgetabout, ruling!
